The Arab-Irish Chamber of Commerce was delighted to attend the Jordan Investment Breakfast Briefing, hosted by the Jordanian Government in Dublin on 11 February.

The event was attended by H.E. Dr. Tareq Abu Ghazaleh, Minister of Investment, and H.E. Mr. Sami Smeirat, Minister of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship, and highlighted preparations for the upcoming Jordan–EU Investment Conference (April 2026). The Invest Jordan conference will:

Mobilise EU–Jordan investment cooperation by connecting European capital with a curated pipeline of bankable projects across renewable energy, water infrastructure, digital and technology, transport and logistics, and high-value industries.

Showcase Jordan as a strategic regional investment hub with a stable business environment and strong regulatory incentives.

Advance implementation of the EU–Jordan Strategic and Comprehensive Partnership (2025–2027), supported by a €3 billion package, including approximately €1.4 billion in EU-backed investment instruments to de-risk private sector participation.
